TELCO TRIAD WELCOMES DEB MCDERMOTT AS RIVERSIDE BRANCH MANAGER

McDermott brings more than a decade of experience in financial services and public administration. She began her career in the Credit Union industry at Siouxland Federal Credit Union, where she served as a Member Service Representative from 2011 to 2017, building a strong foundation in personalized member service and day‑to‑day financial operations. Most recently, McDermott served the public through the Woodbury County Treasurer’s Office, where she worked as a Clerk II from May 2017 through the end of 2025, gaining extensive experience in financial accuracy, regulatory processes and public service.
Known for her warmth, reliability and strong commitment to the community, McDermott is a natural fit for the Riverside team. Her combined experience across Credit Unions and county government reflects Telco Triad’s mission of putting members first while maintaining strong local connections.
