About Us

Telco Triad Community Credit Union was established on the basis of providing the community with financial knowledge and opportunity without the big bank price tag. Providing financial services since 1945, we have over 15,000 members from 30 different counties in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.

 

We started out as Sioux City District Telco Credit Union in 1945 to service those employees of the Sioux City, Iowa district of the Northwestern Bell Phone System and their family members. After the merger with the Health Triad Credit Union in 1983 a name-change was warranted and Telco Triad Credit Union was established.
 
Continued growth has led to six locations throughout Sioux City, Spencer, and Denison, Iowa. "Community" was added in 1990 to broaden our field of membership and open more opportunities for growth.

 

Our mission is to serve our membership with knowledge, financial opportunities and our continued promise of commitment.
