Talent Development Manager (Full-Time, Sioux City)
RESPONSIBILITIES: Development of new hire training, on-going staff development at all branches, developing training curriculum and training manuals. Work with on-line training vendors. The maintaining of training records.
QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5 yrs. of Training/Teaching experience. Experience with Jack Henry SYMITAR a PLUS.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: Associates degree in related field or formal certifications recognized in the industry.

Branch Manager/Loan Officer (Full-Time, Sioux City)
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Branch Manager is responsible for the efficient daily operation of a full-service branch office including; operations, lending, product sales, customer service, security, and safety in accordance with Telco Triad objectives. Responsibilities will include:
- Direct the overall activities of the branch and report directly to the Vice President of Branch Operations.
- To serve the members in an extraordinary manner so that our brand name and reputation continue to grow in the community.
- To supervise, coach, mentor, and train branch employees to best serve the members.
- Responsible for developing new business pertaining to all Credit Union approved Consumer Lending, as well as maintaining and servicing an existing portfolio.
- Represents the Credit Union in the local community through active participation in community affairs and participates in marketing all the Credit Union's products and services. Must support the Credit Union's mission to provide and educate individuals and families of our community practical financial products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate(s) will have strong leadership skills, a high level of integrity and professionalism, dynamic customer service skills, the ability to achieve goals and change direction quickly to meet the Credit Union’s needs.
