SIOUX CITY, IA – Telco Triad Community Credit Union (Telco Triad) is pleased to announce the appointment of three key team members who will support the Credit Union's continued growth and commitment to serving members.

Telco Triad is proud to announce the appointment of Crystal Jepsen as Real Estate Loan Officer. Jepsen brings extensive lending and leadership experience to her new position. She has been with Telco Triad for 10 years, most recently serving as Morningside Branch Manager. In addition, she assisted with managing the Credit Union's Indirect Lending Department from 2016 through 2025. Prior to joining Telco Triad, Jepsen served as a Consumer Loan Officer at North Star Community Credit Union for 17 years. She earned a bachelor's degree from Buena Vista University, with concentrations in Accounting and Business Entrepreneurship.

Telco Triad welcomes Rick Wolf as the new Morningside Branch Manager. Wolf has several years of financial industry experience and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting. Most recently, he served as a Member Service Officer at a Credit Union, where he worked closely with members to identify financial solutions and support their financial goals. In his new role, Wolf will oversee branch operations, mentor and develop staff and continue Telco Triad's commitment to delivering exceptional member service.

Telco Triad also welcomes Abigail Tieck as its new Talent Development Manager, a newly created position within the organization. Tieck holds a master’s degree in education and will work under the Human Resources department to develop and deliver training programs that support employee growth and enhance member service.
